A 12-week leadership formation course to heal how we lead and lead others into healing
Whether you lead in the workplace, ministry, classroom, home, or community, one thing is true: your leadership sets the tone. The way you communicate, correct, support, or remain silent creates an atmosphere and people either grow or shrink in that environment.
But how often do we stop to ask:
“What are people becoming under my leadership?”
“Are they gaining confidence, clarity, and character or just trying to survive?”
This training is for the everyday leader, team leads, ministry workers, educators, caregivers, counselors, and parents anyone responsible for guiding others. It’s not just about managing tasks or behavior. It’s about recognizing the deeper forces emotions, habits, patterns that affect how people show up, engage, and grow.
When leaders lead well, environments become safer, stronger, and more motivated. And when the environment thrives, so does performance.
You see breakdowns in communication, discipline, or performance but aren’t sure how to address the root causes.
You want to be a leader who builds people, not just systems or results.
You’ve inherited a leadership model rooted in fear, control, or silence but want to lead with both strength and care.
You believe God cares not just about what you lead, but how you lead it.
You want to recognize when someone is operating from inner wounds, unmet needs, or survival behaviors and respond with wisdom and authority.
You’re ready to transform the culture around you by becoming emotionally present, spiritually grounded, and mentally equipped.
When leaders create emotionally healthy environments, people thrive. Trust increases. Communication deepens. Accountability rises.
Creativity and Productivity multiply. Whether you’re leading a staff team, a ministry group, a classroom, or your own children, what you carry as a leader sets the ceiling for those you lead. The more healing you bring, the more performance you unlock.
This training will help you:
Identify unspoken patterns holding back your team’s growth.
Reduce emotional reactivity and increase strategic clarity.
Lead people from survival mode to solution mode.
Develop a culture where productivity and personal growth reinforce each other.
Language for emotional and behavioral struggles affecting those you lead.
Tools to disciple and develop people beyond performance metrics.
A trauma-informed lens for spiritual, relational, and organizational leadership.
Practices to build safe, accountable, and growth-oriented environments.
A community of leaders committed to integrity, wholeness, and transformation.
A deeper understanding of how you show up—and how healing can sharpen your leadership.
A shift from reactive control to restorative leadership.
Commitment to attending weekly meetings on Saturdays between 2pm and 5pm WAT.
Access to internet as classes will be held live on Zoom.
Commitment to completing all weekly assignments.
Active involvement during class meetings and exercises.
A submission of a final project at the end of the course.
No. This training is for anyone who leads others in daily life – whether you’re guiding a team at work, teaching in a classroom, serving in ministry, counseling others, raising children, or caring for people in your community.
If people look to you, follow you, or are shaped by your words or actions, you are leading, and this course is for you. This course is designed to help you lead with greater emotional clarity, relational wisdom, and long-term impact so you don’t just manage
people, you develop them.
It’s about becoming a well-rounded leader who builds trust, strengthens culture, and creates environments where people can grow and thrive.
Every week offers a 3-hour class, a reflection prompt, and a practical assignment to apply what you’re learning. To stay present and get the most out of the journey, set aside 4–5 hours each week.
The course runs for 12 weeks, with one live teaching session per week and assignments, reflections, quizzes and whole-heart leadership activation tasks.
All classes will be held live on Zoom. Accepted students will receive the private link and access details via email at the beginning of the course.
Replays will be accessible to all accepted students. However, we ask students to be present for at least 80% of the live sessions to remain actively enrolled in the program and benefit from the shared experience.
This course is financially free, but it will cost you your time, attention, and wholehearted commitment. While there’s no required payment, we invite you to sow into this work as the Lord leads you. Your generosity helps sustain the mission and extend its impact to others around the world.
At the La Cuisine Danielle Foundation, giving is part of our culture. We believe in freely receiving and freely giving (Matthew 10:8).
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
— 2 Corinthians 9:7 (NIV)
Yes. Upon completing the course and submitting all quizzes with at least 70% pass rate, you will receive a certificate of completion.
The fruits of your leadership don’t stop with you, they grow in the lives of those you lead. Whether you realize it or not, your words, your tone, your way of correcting, encouraging, or ignoring become patterns that others internalize.
Over time, your leadership style becomes their leadership instinct. So ask yourself: Are you cultivating a garden where different kinds of people can grow, each with unique beauty, rhythm, and strength? Or has your leadership become a field overrun by weeds, neglected, harsh, inconsistent, or too rigid to allow anything meaningful to take root?
Leadership isn’t just about producing results. It’s about producing people. And the kind of leader you are now is shaping the kind of leaders they’ll become.
This isn’t just leadership training, it’s leadership multiplication. Because healthy leadership doesn’t stop at impact: it replicates itself in others.
