A high-intensity, three-month volunteer service and Personal Growth intensive designed for adults who are serious about growth, responsibility, and walking intentionally with God and with people.
ACTIVATE is not a casual volunteer opportunity.
It is a high-intensity, three-month volunteer service and Personal Growth intensive designed for adults who are serious about growth, responsibility, and walking intentionally with God and with people.
This is not for spectators.
This is not for convenience-based commitment.
This is not a once-off conference experience.
ACTIVATE is for those who sense there is more in them and are ready to respond with their yes, their time, their consistency, and their obedience.
Many people are familiar with volunteering on the day of a conference. ACTIVATE is different.
This is a three-month season of preparation, formation, service, and execution that includes consistent meetings, spiritual formation, outreach, responsibility, and follow-through before the Global Healing Conference ever begins.
This is a space where people are formed spiritually, emotionally, and personally, within a community that takes responsibility seriously and supports one another well.
Ready to get activated?
The word ACTIVATE is intentional.
To activate means to bring something into action.
Many people carry gifts, compassion, creativity, faith, leadership capacity, and deep love for God that have remained dormant simply because there was no environment to exercise them. ACTIVATE creates that environment through service, structure, community, and responsibility, so what God has placed in you can become real in everyday life.
Here, people do not merely give time. They give themselves.
And in return, they leave activated, clarified, strengthened, and entrusted for the work God has already been whispering to them about.
It is time to move from potential to practice.
Serve under leadership on either your Regional Team or the Healing Conference Global Team. This pathway emphasizes teamwork, faithfulness, and learning through responsibility, even for those who have never had a platform before.
This pathway is ideal for those who are willing to learn through service, grow through responsibility, and be faithful with what is entrusted to them, whether visible or behind the scenes.
Volunteer roles may include:
As a Regional Facilitator, you have the honor and privilege of bringing healing, renewal, family restoration, and deeper community connection to your local context by hosting the Global Healing Conference experience in homes, churches, or community spaces using a TV or projector.
Regional Facilitators:
Regional Facilitators are not independent operators. They are stewards, serving under leadership, within structure, and in alignment with the values, pace, and spiritual covering of the La Cuisine Danielle Foundation.
Last year, facilitators hosted the Global Healing Conference in regions such as Lagos, Port Harcourt, Benin City, Kaduna, Abuja, Uganda, London, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Your city is not missing. It may simply be waiting for you.
We carry a mandate to go into all nations, and multiple locations can run within one region. If you sense a stirring to bring this work to your community, you may be the Regional Facilitator God is raising.
Not sure which pathway fits? Placement support is provided during the application process.
The Global Healing Conference takes place during the final week of March as a 6-day experience (3 days Online and 3 days Hybrid). Sessions are delivered through prepared video content and are designed to be hosted in local gatherings around the world.
ACTIVATE prepares volunteers and facilitators to support these gatherings with excellence, care, and spiritual maturity.
ACTIVATE is a volunteer experience, but it is also deeply formative. As participants serve, many experience growth that touches every area of life.
ACTIVATE requires more than good intentions.
It requires availability, humility, follow-through, and perseverance. There will be moments of joy, stretching, resistance, fatigue, healing, and deep fulfillment. Triggers may surface, not because you are failing, but because God is forming you.
“Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves, take up their cross daily and follow me.” Luke 9:23
This is a space where we do not quit when things get uncomfortable. We understand that pressure births transformation, and we grow through discomfort with support, structure, prayer, and accountability.
“Faith without works is dead.” James 2:17
ACTIVATE is part-time, but demanding.
Participants should expect:
If you are unable to show up consistently for three months, this season may not be the right fit and that clarity is an act of wisdom, not failure.
If you can show up consistently, you can grow here.
In ACTIVATE, healing is not separated from responsibility. We believe God often heals us while we are serving, loving, building, and showing up, when avoidance is no longer an option.
Fatigue, emotional triggers, and resistance are not ignored. Participants are not left alone in them.
“Walk with me and work with me. Watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.” Matthew 11:29 (MSG)
ACTIVATE offers:
This is intense, but it is not cut-throat. Growth here is not about perfection. It is about faithfulness.
ACTIVATE is often a doorway, not a stopping point.
For many, it becomes a commissioning ground. A place where clarity emerges, gifts are refined, and long-standing prayers for direction begin to take form.
Opportunities for continued growth may include:
Healing and formation are sustained through continued community, shared responsibility, and faithful walking over time.
Participation in ACTIVATE requires:
Interviews are conversational and focus on:
ACTIVATE is demanding, but it is possible.
If you are willing to show up, be taught, be stretched, be supported, and walk faithfully for three months, you will not leave the same.
If you have been praying for depth, structure, and a place to grow seriously with God and people, this may be the door you asked Him for.
The question is not whether you are perfect.
The question is whether you are willing.
